Kavi Insulation is the distributor for Levron Chemical responsible for Canadian and USA markets. Levron developed their Aerogel over 7 years of Research with thousands of laboratory experiments and now operates from an integrated industrial plant of 14,000 m² (150,000 ft²). Levron’s Aerogel production system is proprietary, its focus is to efficiently obtain nano sized products in different types of raw materials.
In our R&D Lab, we also produce Polymer Aerogel, Metal Oxide Aerogel, Carbon Aerogel, and Cellulose Aerogel.
Levron has a world class laboratory which continues the work to incorporate new raw materials, modify existing ones for enhanced compatibility and performance and develop new products.
While Kavi is well grounded in construction and mechanical industries we also see benefits for clothing, marine, aerospace, and paint applications for both Aerogel particles and felts.
We regularly conduct material property tests, assist in writing standards and with building code approvals, engineering, and design.
